This month's tip is to.......
Develop a Routine
If you can get into a routine with your putting and chipping during your practice sessions then in “crunch” time of a tournament you will be able to handle the pressure more easily. You might try to approach the ball from behind it, so you are facing the target as part of your pre-shot routine.
This will give you a chance to see or visualize an intermediate target. You will need to find something to help you with your aim and give yourself a reference point of where and how you want your golf ball to travel on the way to the hole.
On The Course
The Highlands greens were aerated on Tuesday, June 3rd. Give the course about ten days to two weeks and it will be back in great shape.
The Glen greens were aerated over a month ago, so they have recovered already and are in great shape.
