Scott Akers is our Director of Instruction at The Golf Academy of Dallas. His background includes working at two Top 100 Golf Courses and his teaching mentors include Top 100 Teacher Rick McCord and former Head Golf Professional Walker Inman.
Scott attended Mississippi State University and graduated with a Professional Golf Management Degree. He has been a PGA Member since 2000 and has been published seven times in local and regional publications. His teaching philosophy incorporates an approach which focuses on the fundamentals from set up throughout the entire swing. His instruction offers a complete golf experience which includes full swing, short game, putting and playing lessons. Scott uses the TOMI putting system which provides precise information and feedback on what occurs in your putting stroke. Becky is a Class A PGA Professional as well as a Class A member of the LPGA's Teaching and Club Professional Division. Becky has been at Tenison Park for ten years now and her primary responsibility is as Head Golf Professional. In addition to managing the daily operations at Tenison Park's 36 hole golf facility, Becky does do some part time teaching.
Becky's instructional focus for the last several years has been on working with the LPGA's Golf Clinics for Women as well as working with individuals with special needs.

Brian “Sully” Sullivan is a Dallas native and attended Stephen F. Austin State University.
He began his career in the golf business at Tenison Park in 2003. He passed the Playing Ability Test in April 2004 and began his apprenticeship with the PGA of America. He is now working diligently toward his Class A Membership. Sully has an extensive teaching back ground having studied under Class A PGA Professional and Top 100 Teacher Scott Robbins, Class A PGA Professional Bruce Smith, Class A PGA Professional Jamie Elliott, and British PGA Professional and Walker Cup Member Sue Shapcott. Sully is currently studying under Class A Professional Tenison Park Director of Instruction Scott Akers.
