2010 Special Olympics Event

Tenison Park
Tenison Park will be hosting it's annual
Golf Special Olympics
event on Saturday, September 11th on both back nines of the Highlands and Glen golf courses. They will be teeing off right at daylight and should finish their nine hole rounds before our first groups teeing off #1 catch up to them. Early Bird rounds will not be available to the general public on Saturday, September 11. Thank you in advance for your patience if you are one of the first groups that tees off on the 11th.
Tenison Park is also looking for volunteers for this special event. If you are interested and available from 6:30am-11:00am on Saturday, September 11th, please contact Becky in the golf shop at

If you know someone who would like to learn the game, please tell them about our beginner's series. Four one hour classes for only $119. This program includes instruction on putting, chipping and the full swing. A great way to get introduced to the game!
Class will meet at the driving range on
Saturdays from 10:30-11:30am.
